These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AgentClip websites, applications, and related services.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and AgentClip Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202624045W), a Singapore private limited company with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914 ("AgentClip", "we", "us").

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can manage billing and cancel your subscription from your dashboard settings.

You agree not to use AgentClip for unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

AgentClip and its platform components are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your original content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentClip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
